12 Habits Kills Productivity and focus

1.. Checking Your Phone First Thing In the Morning

One of the worst habits that many of us share is checking our smartphone first thing in the morning. The problem is that, when we do so, we’re instantly in reactive mode. Our thoughts, ideas, and focus are immediately hijacked by the new messages, emails and notifications that we’ve received, which forces us to think about that stuff instead of on our goals. Personally, I find it very hard to resist the urge to check my email and messages.

2.. Not Planning Your Days & Week's

I clearly notice how my most unproductive days are the ones that I didn’t schedule or didn’t schedule well enough.

If you don’t schedule your days and weeks, you’ll just wander around. You kind of know what to do, so you’ll have a kind of work ethic. You need to protect your time for those most valuable tasks or else it’ll fall prey to distractions or other people’s agenda.

3.. Eating Bad Foods

Another huge productivity and focus killer is eating bad foods. When you eat foods that contain a lot of sugar and trans-fat, your energy levels will crash hard — leaving you unable to work with focus and intensity.

Rather, make sure you eat enough fruits, veggies and healthy fats in order to fuel your body and brain with the right vitamins and minerals to perform at peak levels.

4.. Sleeping In

Sleeping in immediately puts you in a lousy state of mind that makes much harder to motivate yourself to work hard. When you start your day in a lazy way, you tend to carry that mindset throughout the rest of the day — and that leads to procrastination and time-wasting.

Personally, I’m a complete sucker for sleeping in. Ironically enough, my inspiration for writing this answer is that today I slept in and I’m very frustrated about it.

5.. Watching Netflix or TV First Thing In the Morning

For years, I used to watch at least one hour of TV in the morning. And just like checking the smartphone first thing in the morning, this habit is not beneficial for your focus and productivity levels.

The thing is, when you watch Netflix or TV, you’re already starting your day by distracting your mind. Essentially, you’re priming it for distraction for the rest of the day. As your brain has already received a huge hit of dopamine, it only wants more.

It’ll be much harder to fight distractions throughout the day when you’ve already numbed your mind by watching TV in the morning.

6.. Watching Porn

Pornography is used by a majority of both men and women, though men are more frequent consumers. Watching porn create several problems such as depression, social anxiety, low motivation and concentration.

7.. Masturbation

One of the main problem of the young and teenager people. The problem occurs from masturbating is Intelligence got badly affected. Some other problem is eyesight got weaken, pimples start appearing, body pain and headache. Urgently need to stop for those who do regularly.

8.. Procrastination

Its create fear of failure, low energy level and a lack of focus.

9.. Stay up late at night

One of my main problem. Staying up the whole night and then sleeping the whole day. Pimples, body pain, laziness, the feeling of tiredness are some problems which I personally Feel.

10.. Not removing distractions/time-wasters

  • Television
  • Family/friends/co-workers
  • Videogames

Social media are some things that cause distractions that should be stopped.

11.. Bad relationship

Indulging in a relationship which wastes your time and money should be avoided. This kind of relationships causes anxiety, Depression, possessiveness, trust issues.

12.. Overthinking

One of the main problem which leads to Depression. Self-doubt; self-esteem issues; concern about repeating past patterns in relation to prior bad experiences; traumatic experiences; or anxiety are the leading causes of Overthinking which makes it harder to enjoy life and can impact emotional regulation and sleep patterns, too

Biggest lesson that life has taught

LIFE  has taught me lessons too many to mention, therefore I will only list those that are imposed by the ill of society. Our aspirations that we foster as children are blown up to smithereens as we begin to age. From failure we learn humbleness and for success we learn that happiness was its sacrifice. The lessons we learn are not all reflective of our successes but deflective in our failure looking for that unseen fulfillment in which we elude ourselves in. Silence is wisdom & wisdom is power.  Ernest Psiachari, a French writer from the 1800’s expressed- Silence is a bit of heaven that comes down to earth. True words of wisdom. Slumbering ego awakened by the dim-witted.  To imply that every human being has an ego which is normally in slumber. But if the dim witted awakens my ego, I will wreak havoc. I will boast about my achievements, only when my ego is provoked. The secret of success stays secret.  To work harder than my competitors by not offering any information about my plan

One cute love story

Once upon a time, in the vibrant land of Tamil Nadu, there were two individuals whose lives were about to intertwine in a beautiful and unexpected way. Venkatesh Prasad, born and raised in the city of Madurai, had ventured to the bustling city of Chennai in search of better opportunities. Aishwarya, on the other hand, hailed from the ancient city of Kanchipuram and had established herself in Chennai, where she worked as an auditor. It was a sunny morning when fate brought Venkatesh and Aishwarya together. Both boarded the same bus from MRC Nagar to Guindy, unaware of the life-changing encounter that awaited them. As the bus traversed the busy streets of Chennai, they found themselves seated next to each other. A gentle smile from Venkatesh caught Aishwarya's attention, and a conversation soon ensued. Their initial conversation was filled with shared laughter and a surprising connection. They discovered common interests, similar values, and dreams that resonated with one another. A
